As an experienced wedding photographer I like to feel that I am in a great position to give opinions on wedding venues, and if you’re looking for a barn wedding location in Cambridgeshire then I highly recommend Sissons Barn near Peterborough. Not only is it a light and airy barn but it also has an outdoor ceremony area, riverside spots for photos, banging catering and perhaps most importantly it is owner led. What does that matter I hear you ask? I find that it means the level of care and attention is just that little bit elevated. They truly care at Sissons Barn, are on site throughout your wedding helping to pop your veil back in, moving the flowers into place, and giving you a ride on their cute tractor for golden hour photos.
Because of this I am very proud of being a recommended supplier at Sissons Barn and I had the very best day photographing Hannah and Sergiu’s wedding there yesterday. After quite a few days of rain and thunderstorms we were so very lucky to have a dry day allowing for an outdoor ceremony with some sunshine in the evening by the river!
