So as if life wasn’t busy enough doing wedding and family photography with three children…we have just moved house! We have moved (not far!) to the beautiful rural village of Holme, just outside of Peterborough in Cambridgeshire. It boasts a sleepy atmosphere and nothing more industrious than a school, a church and a pub. Perfect.

It also gets a little bit more perfect when you consider it is Holme to (sorry – I had to!!) one of our grand local wedding venues Holmewood Hall. It is literally now a walk away for me…in fact I actually did walk one day but my camera a kit was a bit too heavy so I doubt I’ll try that again!

As Spring is starting to peep out everywhere I’m so excited to explore the countryside around here a little more so do follow me on Instagram if you’d like to see any of that. There is of course lots of wedding photography too!

For now, here are a few of my favourite shots from the first wedding of 2022 for me at the sumptuous Holmewood Hall…

If you need wedding photography in Peterborough or you’re planning for a wedding further afield please do get in touch and chat over your options!

How to photograph ‘camera shy’ children

How to photograph ‘camera shy’ children

Confession time. I am not great behind a camera. I’m shy, overly critical of myself and awkward. A bit ironic as a photographer you could say right?! But the way I feel behind a camera hugely shaped the way I shoot sessions and the way that I get my clients to...
